Faith Active in Love
Faith active in love is at the heart of why we are called as children of God...blessed to be a blessing. For a long time I have felt that reconciliation is fulfilled through service. What this suggests to me is that the sole purpose for a free and meaningful life in God is not lived out in isolation from our neighbors or their needs. Faith active in love summarizes this kind of life.
For us here at LCM our walk with God is not complete until we are walking with and supporting our neighbors in need. Through the course of a month and the year we provide opportunities to make this reconciliation fulfillment a reality for our life of faith.

Adopt-a-highway
LCM has a 2 mile strip right through downtown Flagstaff on route 66. Twice a year we go out to clean up the highway and share some time of fellowship.
Spring Break Mission
This 2007 we are going to El Paso, TX for a border immersion which means involving our lives, minds and hearts in the concerns of those along the border.
